      MSc Digital MarketingThroughout this practical-based course I became highly proficient in varying areas of traditional and digital marketing including;- Data profiling and segmentation- CRM- Customer journey and touchpoint analysis- Marketing metrics including social listening and analysing performance data- Business, financial and marketing strategy- Complete campaign design, creation and management- Email marketing- Social media management including ads platforms- UX and UI designDuring the course of the year I was able to gain experience working on real-time projects with companies such as Instagram, Ikea and AkzoNobel. The live project with Instagram involved designing and strategising a large-scale B2B campaign in order to market the 'Stories' platform to SMe businesses across the UK and Ireland, converting a minimum of 25,000 into customers.I was also able to utilise my previous skills gained during my retail career on a project for a failing SMe Shoe retailer. This involved analysing the companies current marketing strategy whilst performing a competitor analysis, and from this creating a report detailing an improved marketing strategy for implementation in order to maximise sales and performance potential across both E-Commerce and traditional stores. This module comfortably awarded my strongest grade across the degree, at 85.
