I worked with Amal in a hospital lab as her supervisor. She was a very talented Medical Laboratory Scientist who was interested in expanding her knowledge and developing her skills in science program. I found that she enjoys her job which is evidenced by enthusiasm and engagement at work. I was impressed with her exceptional critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. Amal is a creative thinker with an eye for details, and devoted to logic which senses her well both in science and outside them . She has a terrific ability to draw on her own experience and observation to develop opinion on variety of issues in lab .

I have worked with many professionals throughout my journey as a mentor and a tutor at Purdue University but Amal was a unique one to work with. She is a great tutor, she worked hard to develop her tutoring and leading skills in such a short term. She was able to manage teaching and leading many students in her sessions and lead them to success. Her work ethics are pristine, and she is easily adjustable to a given situations. It was great to have her in our tutoring center.
