Alisia and I have been working together at UP & UP at San Jose State University since the beginning of 2022. She is an amazing and well respected leader who gives anything she does her 100% effort. In Spring 2022, she helped lead our team to become the runner up to win San Holo at San Jose State, but she didn't stop there. Alisia, along with a few of the ambassadors including myself, analyzed what we needed in order to succeed in the future. As a result, in Fall 2022 UP & UP SJSU was founded as a recognized student organization and quickly became the fastest growing organization on campus gaining traction from students, the university, local small businesses, and recognition from universities across the United States. As the President, Alisia has worked very closely with me, the Executive Vice President, to organize events, plan weekly meetings, and was the face of communication with all outside entities. In the end, UP & UP SJSU was proudly awarded the President's Award by UP & UP Music Festival and a concert. Her hard work and extraordinary accomplishments does not go unnoticed by the entire team. I strongly believe Alisia is a valuable team player wherever she goes in the future.

Alisia is a well rounded event planning professional with various streams of experience. She has an unbelievable work ethic with great attention to detail. Alisia has done so well in helping train her incoming colleagues through the ins and outs of event planning on a college campus. I can always count on her to take my feedback, and use it to benefit her event and programs. She is the type of professional that teams would be lucky to have!
