I had a chance to work for one of the best wineries in Sicily for over 6 weeks. Being part of a small group, I had a chance to learn the job all around, from bottling, to the vineyard (harvesting grapes, deleafing, fix wires in vineyards), to the winery (crushing, pumping over, punching down, racking, lab tests, anphora management, etc...). I had a chance to work for one of the best wineries in Sicily for over 6 weeks.
