  As a member of Skanska's future talent program I, among many things, worked a summer as an Assistant Project Manager at a construction site in Stockholm. With work tasks such as activity planning, and general problem solving at a construction site I developed my ability to structure, support, and delegate.I also got the opportunity to participate in an amazing leadership training and to get good insight in Skanska in particular and construction in general. I also sent out invoices and, if necessary, issued shipping documents.My tasks involved a large amount of internal and external communications. I was required to work closely with other Supply Managers, Project Leaders, purchasers, technicians, and many others.My position as a Supply Manager helped me further enhance my understanding of the mechanisms of supply chains, as well as my interpersonal skills. Since the work involved a great deal of responsibility, it also helped me improve my time management skills and ability to take initiatives.
