I worked with Alberto for four years whilst in Gewiss SpA in Italy, we were both responsible for developing their export business in different parts of the world. I grew to know Alberto as not only being extremely knowledgeable, both about the products and the markets in which he operated, but the refreshing part for those who worked with Alberto is that he was very straightforward in his approach to tackling the problems that invariably arise. Alberto is very personable, a relationship builder, and a great communicator. The customers, agents and colleagues who worked more closely with Alberto referred that he was a committed problem solver, a characteristic that would serve him well in the next stages of his career. I have no doubts that Alberto will continue to enjoy further successes, and will be a passionate team-player for his future employers.

I reported to Alberto for 2 years while at Lindsay Corp. I found him to be personable and professional. Alberto had the rare ability to see both the big picture and vision, while at the same time expertly managing the key details to realize the company vision and goals. Alberto always succeeded in keeping an eye on important issues without micro managing. While I worked with Alberto he managed the company's interests internationally and he was gifted in reaching across international borders and cultures. I was always impressed with Alberto's skill at excelling at leading sales and marketing while at the same time expertly managing the financials and P&L. I would work for Alberto again tomorrow, he defines gifted leadership.
