  Check designs submitted by the contractor according to the provided standards. Conduct on-site staking before implementation. Provide all documents needed by the implementation team for site activations. Coordinate with various external and internal networks such as contractors, in-house team, on issues related to site status, design/plan, permits, insertion and application testing and CO and OLT readiness and patching. Collate and organize documents such as As-Built plans, HLD files, Pre-Testing Results, Acceptance Result, and etc. Use CAD and other software to develop engineering designs.
