Helped design, develop and intruduce the BSC, Injection Molding Miami Center of Excellence by purchasing and installing all necessary molding presses and auxiliary equipment to mold components and assemblies in a medical type clean environment. Worked with R&D to choose and develop the molding materials for new products. Worked as Manufacturing Engineer intrucing new products for manufacturing.
