I worked for Adnauer’s Supply Chain Team in Latin America during the ERP project at AVON when I was the Regional PMO. Adnauer is a very inspiring leader that really makes the difference. His strategic guidance, valuable supply chain knowledge and tireless support to the team during the project were significantly important for the success of this great initiative. His skills to recognize right talents at the right places are invaluable for the organizations. I am glad that I have been part of his Supply Chain team at AVON LATAM and hope to work with him again, if the opportunity presents itself.

I had the privilege of working directly and indirectly with Adnauer at Unilever and Avon for a few years. If you think of an inspiring leader who easily leads people to achieve their goals, you can count on him. Adnauer is a great navigator in the Corporate World that builds relationships with extreme ease and always with high standards of ethics and compliance. Adnauer certainly was one of the main leaders I've worked with.
