Project: Site Prep and Clearance for the Wylfa Menter Newydd Nuclear Power Plant Project (archeological activities, construction of roads network, construction of a 5000 capacity accommodation blocks. • Developed schedules based on construction team plans, resource load schedules, analyse float paths and assessed schedule status. • I helped to add a 6 month float to a project by Carrying out a thorough Critical Path Analysis to evaluate the activities / milestones in the critical path and identify, well in advance, activities that could slippage, review and mitigate the causes and effects of such slippages, highlight them early and provide mitigation measures. • Collaborated with the Project Manager and the Project Team to Integrated different subcontractors programmes into the Master Schedule. • Escalated issues/concerns to the PM that may cause delay or overspend on the project • Gathered information from the project team to generate project monthly dashboard and earned value report for top management and client. • Contributed to the lessons learnt process by providing constructive feedback at project close out.
