Indicative performance measures / Key interdependencies: • Delivery of agreed key projects, providing benefits analysis of projects. • Effective participation in Production Line Stops ensuring that containment time for PLSs is kept to absolute minimum and that all actions are recorded and implemented. • Working with Production and Section manager ensure the product/process and quality issues within your designated area are in this case test are effectively resolved • Workings with production team to facilitate and identify opportunities for elimination of waste and reduction of detractors. Work closely with production to ensure build times are being met. • Support of NPI, ensuring that cell is prepared for the introduction of the NPI and any ramp up situations. Posts NPI ensure that the NPI is meeting agreed standards and resolve deviation from target. • Ensuring the overall maintenance and improvement of specific existing processes under your ownership for example 6S, line balancing.
