  Having spent 17 years as an electrician in a number of areas of the electrical industry, moving into a Management roll has been a very positive change. Overseeing the Geelong Branch and the 30 + staff is a very for filling roll. Among some of the the tasks under taken in this roll are Business development, OH&S, Project and Client management. While not without its challengers, the ever changing nature of the roll has helped me grow and expanded on a number of Management and leadership quality's.
