Partnered with: MACC Development - Created a welcoming interior design plan for The Commons, a combination coffee bar and coin laundry. Conducted community interviews with community stakeholders to assess interest and preferences. Forgotten Harvest - Created a defined plan of collaboration among the various agencies that Forgotten Harvest works with. Final deliverables included an agency contact list, organization graphics, and a resources and services guide. EcoWorks - Produced a mobility strategy to reduce dependency on cars in the West Village Neighborhood. Met with community anchors and stakeholders to gain an understanding of the neighborhoods history, present, and its needs. Produced a resident Welcome Package about the neighborhood for new residents to gain familiarity. Created an electronic internet based online survey to gain additional information from residents. Shared findings through a variety of maps. Downtown Boxing Gym - Developed a long-term strategic vision for the exterior green space at the boxing gym. Provided insights from community engagement, potential funding options, and along site renderings. SWOT City (TechTown) - Provided a complete review of the organizations Open Office Hours and first touch with entrepreneurs. Conducted interviews with previous, current, and past individuals who had been through the Open Office Hour process.
