The Electromechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing electromechanical equipment build, assemble test and calibrate products per test procedures and mechanical drawings. Services customer supplied product, performs all tests associated with the calibration and recalibration within his training scope. ● Worked as calibration and validation technician and troubleshoot, manufactured, repaired, and calibrated various electronic, electromechanical, digital, analog, and microprocessor-controlled gas flow calibrators. ● Used various test equipment such as digital oscilloscope, volt/OHM meter, and frequency counter to identify equipment problems and malfunctions. ● Supported engineering team to analyze and determine root cause of equipment malfunctions. ● Assisted ISO 17025 in-house audit team during the audit process ● Validated different automation and calibration software during the development period and at the time of release ● Validated firmware at the time of release Show less
