Interning with Indian Youth Summit (IYS) was a great way to gain knowledge and exposure in the field of youth development and empowerment. Here are some of the ways I gained exposure through an internship with IYS: 1)Learnt about youth development and empowerment: IYS is a youth-led organization that works to empower young people through its various programs and initiatives. As an intern, I had the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in youth development and empowerment, as well as the challenges and opportunities facing young people in India today. 2)Gained practical experience: In addition to learning about youth development and empowerment, I also gain practical experience through this internship. I was also involved in planning and executing events, developing and implementing programs, or conducting research. This practical experience gave me a valuable foundation for my future career in youth development and empowerment. 3)Network with professionals: IYS has a strong network of professionals in the field of youth development and empowerment. As an intern, I had the opportunity to network with these professionals and learn from their experiences. 4)Gained exposure to the social and political sphere: IYS works in the social and political sphere, and as an intern, I was given the opportunity to gain exposure to these areas.
