Aaron Ringel defines what it means to be a Marine. Tactically as a campaign manager I saw him "map" out his mission, create a ground game and execute a precise plan for which he was a major part. He has a joking way about him that eases any tension in any meeting and allows for the ideas to flow aggressively to mission completion. I was happy to have worked alongside him on a winning campaign as he was able to impart this non-marine with some marine ethos that I carry through today.
