In both, I blend my creative, technical, and business skills to lead the organisations in long-term strategic and Artistic Planning. In both, I blend my creative, technical, and business skills to lead the organisations in long-term strategic and Artistic Planning. Alongside this work I lead the operations of both organisations: conducting all financial transactions and bookkeeping, keeping accounts, handling payroll and completing all necessary audits. I have grown both organisations since their inception, and have developed expertise in project management through planning and executing dozens of complicated events each year - often with numerous international artists - alongside growing marketing which ranges from social media to national press. For Riot, I also serve as principal conductor and - on occasion - as composer. For Coviello I am also the chief audio engineer and graphic design liaison for all our projects. I am also expert in reviewing marketing campaigns through tools such as Google Analytics and in constantly drafting and honing a message to meet a targeted market segment.
