Overview

The Zoological Society of East Anglia (ZSEA) is a conservation and education charity which inspires people to connect with nature whilst helping to sustain our planet. For over 50 years, guests have enjoyed memorable days out and unique experiences at Africa Alive Zoological Reserve in Suffolk and Banham Zoological Gardens in Norfolk, but our purpose is greater. Our mission is to connect communities with nature and conservation through education, for all our futures. We do this by sparking a lifelong interest in people of all ages to help us protect the rich diversity of our precious world and by creating spaces where everyone can connect peacefully with animals and enjoy native wildlife in our green open spaces. We want to be visionary now as a modern zoo which is dedicated to preserving wild futures and becoming leading beacons of conservation, education and community work.
