ZhiTian Mould & ToolingCo.,LTD is a professional Die Maker located in China, who specializes in metal stamping die design & manufacture from China.ZhiTian Mould main products, the stamping dies are widely used in automotive, kitchenware,led light,electrical motor and home appliances industries,and has already established long-term cooperation with Marelli, Federal Mogul, Aikawa, Lamex and other well-known companies. The company acquired ISO9001 Certification,and Importing and Exporting Licence,and also had been awarded a number of utility model patent Certificates and patent for Invention of stamping die technology. Founded in Nov. 1980 in Shenzhen City, Zhitian Mould. at the early days, had only 6 employees,with 560 square meters factory size,mainly produced small stamping tools for home appliance and kitchenware . In Dec. 1995, Zhitian mould moved to Zhongshan City, primarily for business expansion, to make the bigger size stamping dies of 800 Tons press machine , and biggest hydraulic deep darwing die of 4000 Tons hydraulic .The new factory now covers an area of over 4000 square meters,with many advanced facilities such as Lathe, Miller, Driller and Grinders, WEDM machines,CNC(up to 3.3 meters), 2D projector and three-coordinates measuring machine(CMM) etc. Moreover, Zhitian has the tryout presses ranged from 45 Tons, 200 Tons, 400 Tons to 800 Tons and hydraulic ranged from 160 Tons, 400Tons,800Tons,1000 Tons ,2000Tons . After 40 years of continuous development, ZhiTian Mould formed a complete stamping dies designing & production workflow. We are good at making both progressive dies and transfer dies up to 4 meters in length and hydraulic forming tool to 2.5 meters. also we can make small precision stamping tools of 45 Tons press. More the 80% of our stamping dies are exported to Europe and America.
