Our domain focus is primarily Fintech and Embedded Systems development, although we have experience in most domains. We use an onshore/offshore model to provide affordable, high speed software development, with most work done offshore and all work being fully documented using jira/confluence or equivalent. We support all commonly used tech stacks and tools, including full stack java, .NET, and C, C++ and C#. We usually follow agile development methodology, but can use hybrid or waterfall if the client or project requires it. Our typical team includes a technical project manager, software architect, QA architect, devops architect, developers, test engineers, devops engineers, business analyst/s and for larger programs a program manager.
