When YOR Health launched in 2008, our goal was to help people transform their lives by improving their physical health, and to educate people on the importance of quality ingredients. We knew it would take us far, but being at the forefront of a movement is beyond what we imagined. Live Bare is a philosophy to do everything with pure intentions. This means we must be authentic, everything must be purposeful, and must be of the highest quality.
