Workval is like a reference to present for a new job. It shows to companies what your attitude toward work is. Workval wants to be a place where HR will take a look to see the working attitude of a candidate. A high workval means that you are a great person to hire and it will help you during recruitment process. How does it work? You invite your colleagues, your managers, to evaluate you. They will answer a short survey about your attitude at work. Results of these surveys is your workval. No false evaluation. You can evaluate someone only if you have worked with him. Any evaluations are anonymous then more realistic. Imagine to have the possibility to understand the attitude that candidates will have at work, or with other colleagues before hiring him.
