The Workforce Innovation Technical Assistance Center (WINTAC) is the national center established to provide training and technical assistance to State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies (SVRAs), related rehabilitation professionals, and service partners to effectively implement the requirements of The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). We are funded by a cooperative agreement from the Department of Education's Rehabilitation Services Administration.
