Overview
The Wheatbelt Development Commission is a statutory authority of the Western Australian Government, established in 1994 under the Regional Development Commissions Act 1993. It is one of nine Development Commissions, each serving a different region of Western Australia. The Commission is responsible for the coordination and promotion of the economic and social development of the Wheatbelt region. We work to make the Wheatbelt a better place to live, work and invest by partnering with government, communities, business and industry to identify and support projects that benefit the region.
