The Vivarium Operational Excellence Network (501-C6) is a global team of animal healthcare professionals committed to promoting employee engagement, fostering collaboration, and exchanging ideas to drive Operational Excellence. As volunteers, we help you and your staff continuously improve by sharing firsthand experiences, the successes and the failures in Operational Excellence journeys. Our members have full access to our support network and will take part in our Op/Ex trainings and collaborative efforts.
