About VITA VERITAS LLP is a niche law firm offering full business and commercial law services across Nigeria with international correspondence member firms. Our services cut across legal advisory, due diligence, claims handling, documentation and litigation. The Firm evolved from a merger of Ebele Egbarin & Associates, and Stephen Isaacs Solicitors U.K., in January 2013. Our founding Members are Mr. Stephen Agbeyegbe and Mrs Ebele Irabor. Mrs Ayotola A. Ayodeji joined the firm as a Member and Partner, in July 2014. Progressive and forward-looking, we commit our expertise and creativity to providing our clients the right solutions. Individually, we believe in building strong personal relationships with both clients and colleagues: our aim is to be their first choice.
