Urban Land Consultants, LLC was founded in 1965 in Shelby Township, MI. Since our company’s inception, we have been focused on offering the highest quality civil engineering, land planning, and land survey services for our clients in Oakland and Macomb Counties and the surrounding areas. Our clients mostly include the private sector, specifically business, residential, and industrial developers. Our work has included mixed use unit developments, entertainment centers, golf courses, and much more. We also have helped homeowners and home builders with land surveying and engineering services as a precursor to home construction. Our services include civil engineering, surveying, land use planning, and other specialty services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers throughout Macomb and Oakland counties. We have done work further away in Lapeer, Wayne, and St. Clair counties. We also provide service for other communities throughout Michigan on a case-by-case basis.
