Overview

A hundred thousand years ago we lived on the East African savanna and with no more than 150 people together. Nowadays in 2020 we live in a high-tech Urban environment and with many people together. It is therefore not surprising that our brain can sometimes no longer cope with the stress of modern society and we start to get negative thoughts such as, "I no longer pull it", "why do we have to switch to a new computer program again", "I can't keep up anymore", " why is this happening to me ", as a result of which employers become (frequently) ill, perhaps develop burnout symptoms or are already in the middle of it. UFIND teaches employees (individually or in groups) to deal with negative thoughts at an early stage, to accept changes and to take positive action. We teach employees to train their psychological flexibility through Acceptance and Commitment training (intervention). Research shows that ACT training shows a significant improvement in work performance, job satisfaction, mental resilience, training results and tendency to innovate, while reducing work stress, absenteeism and burnout.
