Trü Birch Protein Ice cream comes from an ice cream factory on a tiny island with a population of less than 30 in the southern region of Denmark called Skarø. The delicious ice cream is made from only real ingredients, with absolutely no artificial colours, preservatives, flavours, emulgators whatsoever. All our ice cream contains birch juice, which is harvested on the island of Skarø itself. Birch juice, also known as the new ‘super juice’ contains 4 times less sugar than coconut water, and has vitamins, minerals and natural detoxifying agents that help cleanse the body, and also help with weight loss. Our fruit flavors are made from real fruits, each flavor contains up to 60% of organic super fruits, and are 20% energy, which comes from the protein aspect of the ice cream. We use 100% organic cream, egg white, as well as kilk (milk whey protein from a farm in Denmark), which is easily absorbed by our body. We also use sugar kelp (a kind of seaweed) to replace a large portion of the cane sugar to keep it healthy. All our raw materials are certified organic and our ice cream is fully clean label. Trü Birch is the only ice cream company in Singapore that will serve organic clean label ice cream that is not made from a powder base. We offer a wide range of exotic Scandinavian fruit flavours, as well as flavours that would suit the taste of the Asian market in Singapore. The genius in the ice cream is that even though it is healthy, the taste is completely uncompromised, which is what makes it unique.
