"Trillium Property Management & Services Ltd" a Real Estate company with core interests in construction and property development and sales. As of last year, we have diversified our interests and moved towards the Hospitality and Retail Industries of Sri Lanka. The retail arm of the business is to commence operations under the name “Trillium Deli”. The concept behind Trillium Deli was to cater to the needs of a very niche segment within the modern trade sector, the ‘affluent’ segment of the society. The outlet is based on the model used by Marks & Spencer Foodhall present in the UK, the chain Eataly in the US, and the Whole Foods outlets present in Europe and the US.
