Overview

Based in Central London. I am Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over 10 years experience working in the fitness industry and elite level sport. Graduated from University of Exeter with Bsc (Hons) in Exercise and Sports Science. My clientele consists of both men and women who are successful professionals and working parents with many time constraints. - I specialise in personal training to help improve lifestyle and wellness, stress management and fat loss. - I teach boxing where you learn the art of boxing to help improve your overall fitness. - I also specialise in helping people recover from injuries that have been preventing them from exercising. - To help my clients get started with their training I use a wide range of movement assessments and screenings. Through these assessments I devise detailed training programmes that ensure my clients achieve their short and long term goals pain free. - I offer online coaching for clients aiming to get stronger, gain more muscle and/or loss fat though monthly periodised weight training programs. With constant feedback through Skype and email. - I run boxing and fitness classes for staff at a number of companies in West London, including the Cumberland and Angela Mortimer Recruitment.
