“Critical thinking is a desire to seek, patience to doubt, fondness to meditate, slowness to assert, readiness to consider, carefulness to dispose and set in order; and hatred for every kind of imposture.” – Francis Bacon (1605). Have you noticed this trend where students, as kids, ask seemingly simple yet important questions which nobody bothers to ask and as students move on to higher grades they lose their inquisitiveness? This is because as we grow up, we leave behind our learning curve which is the foundation for growth! So, we have taken up a mighty initiative, ‘The Reason Behind It’, which is a program that aims at creating a platform where questions are asked and answered. So we mainly seek to bridge the gap of mechanical and logical thinking of students thus helping them develop a sense of critical reasoning, conceptualization of ideas and drastic improvement of overall cognitive skills. We believe that truth comes from deductive reasoning of said logic and we hope you can help us spread the word! We plan to broaden the range of our questions right from subjective knowledge like taxation, accounting, physics & chemistry to worldly knowledge like politics etc. We aim at “Documenting Logic” from the subjects we come across.
