Join us on our mission to bridge the gap between health services and communities in Wales. 🏴 Our focus is to to ensure that community health services align with prudent healthcare principles, particularly via increasing the role of evidence-based practice in community health. We know that the key to tackling health inequalities is to improve the infrastructure of community health services in order to reach historically hard-to-reach populations in Wales. We hope to transform the community health landscape in Wales in a sustainable and accessible way, especially by exploring co-production and inclusive research.
