The New Zealand Network Charity (CC51522) is registered to help two causes - - Child Poverty in low decile schools - Animal Welfare, as an umbrella body Evidence shows that despite 30 years of accumulated effort by successive governments, funding organisations, charities, donors and volunteers, the nett result has seen a significant increase in child poverty. Our charity has an easy and pragmatic funding solution, developed to bring in a significant amount of funding to help reduce child poverty in our schools. While long term solutions continue to be sought, our charity is here to take action now, to provide help through the timely use of this no-financial-hardship fundraising program, that is designed to make a very big difference in the lives of vulnerable school children in poverty, while financially and socially benefiting those that support the program. Whatever our view is on child poverty, one thing is certain - it is never the children’s fault - and finding ways to help reduce child poverty is imperative, because children need help today, not merely the promise of change tomorrow. It is vitally important that those of us that care, pull together, to improve the lives of these vulnerable ones, otherwise, many children in poverty today, will grow up to be adults without opportunity in the future.
