The Follow-Up System® is the result of over 25 years of experience in creating Enterprise Healthcare AR Management software solutions. The systems our team has been responsible for creating have managed over 200 billion dollars in healthcare AR claims. These systems have managed the claim recovery for hundreds of commercial facilities, 26 VA facilities and their business offices (VISN’s), and large parts of the DOD commercial billing. Our team has seen darn near every scenario in the health care claim recovery process and we are ready for all of the new ones that will come up. Our Workflow Design Specialists come from the outsourcing side as well as the facility/business office side of the process. They help us design the user interfaces and overall system flow.
