Created by Tamil-Canadian OPS staff, TiPS was officially launched in 2016 as an OPS employee network to support and promote the contributions of Tamils to the local and provincial community. TiPS has evolved and expanded its reach beyond the OPS since its origin but remains an official non-partisan network for all Tamils-Canadian working or interested in politics and government, and their allies.
