Synergy Sansthan(since 2006) is a youth-led organization, with on-ground experience working on diverse issues across diverse demographics of region, religion, caste, tribes, gender, and age groups. This rich experience has offered us significant learning opportunities as well as a deep understanding of various issues and their interconnections. These learnings, from across the spectrum of our work, are brought into each of our programs in order to make them more effective. We have also institutionalized feedback & review mechanisms in order to continually learn from our on-ground execution and keep improving our interventions. Lastly, what makes our work most effective is the fact that we engage in need-based work specific to the target community, with a focus on nurturing local youth leadership for lasting social impact.
