Strategic Industrial Capital Partners Limited (SICP) is a London-based specialist investment firm. Since its foundation in 2013, SICP has sourced, executed and managed privately-held industrial and energy focused investments for institutional and family office clients. To the businesses in which we invest, we seek to bring our unique industry experience, insight and guidance, drawing on senior-level relationships. We take a collaborative approach, preferring to back a team and a plan, working closely alongside management to develop the strategy before closing an investment. To our clients, we offer an alternative to traditional “blind-pool” fund investing: sourcing opportunities outside of the mainstream private equity market and executing direct- and co-investments, while providing the benefit of rigorous, professional analysis, process, management and reporting.
