Fred Gahigana
Fred served close to 10 years for high learning institutions, of which he served as the Director of Finance for 3 years, at the UR CST. He is currently in charge of the Rwanda Academy of Finance(RAF)
The Rwanda Bankers Association (RBA) was established in 2010 to act as a forum for the banking sector. Its membership consists of all banks duly licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda pursuant to Chapter II, Article 5 of the Law. The Association’s main objectives, among others, to be the Bankers voice on non-competitive issues and promoting standards of professional competence. While the National Bank of Rwanda is not a member of RBA, its representatives are often invited to any of the Association’s meetings or activities, whenever there is a need.
