Rotaract Club of Capital City New Delhi (RCCND) is a community based Rotaract Club under RID 3012 established with an aim to continuously undertake social projects in order to help the underprivileged. Established 5 years ago, the club has gained a number of achievements indicating the activeness and zeal of its members. a) The Club Received Platinum Club Status by RID 3012 and Rotary International. b) Best Community Club in Zone-3, year 2018-19. c) Many members awarded by Rotaract District Organization and are currently working with them. Through the years since the inception, RCCND has undertaken many projects/events in different avenues to address all that was needed to be brought to limelight. Few of our projects are mentioned below: 1) Sashakt- A weekend Education Drive for Brij Vihar Slum 2) Positivity Projects- To promote positive mental health among individuals. 3) Christmas Celebrations - At Jhilmil Industrial Area Slums 4) Project Soul - Relief Project for Kerala 5) Baisakhi Celebrations with 300 underprivileged cancer patients. 6) Project Sahara - Relief Project for Assam 7) Project Sangiene - A project to work for Female Menstrual Hygiene among underprivileged sections. 8) Project Veerangna- A Project for Acid Attack Survivor's Empowerment, recently received the first ever District Rotaract Grant. 9) Project Jhilmil- A RID Zone-4 initiative for all round development of residents of Jhilmil Industrial Area Slum.
