The app shows visibility of anyone thats passive or active in the property space similar to how Linkedin does for occupation. It then shows how you're connected by any form of social media like Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin, or interests and passions. Looking to find a room, fill a room, find friends to move with into new rentals or even sharing mortgages or sub letting, Roomit will show you everybody's current or future plans and preferences. Users can post photos or videos of themselves, housemates, rooms and properties of which your friends/perfect matches can see and share and tag amongst their social circles.
