Riperia is a startup dedicated to expanding the ranks of cybersecurity professionals. With decades of leadership experience in cybersecurity, higher education and workforce development, we understand the fundamental challenges that traditional education models have producing experienced and qualified cybersecurity professionals. We see the most critical issues being the lack of professionally relevant experience provided by traditional higher education, the amount of time and money required to obtain a degree and a lack of diversity in students entering the cybersecurity profession. Because of these challenges employers are faced with an inadequate cybersecurity workforce while information security incidents pose one of the greatest risks to the global economy.
