Overview
REsustain is a differentiated BMS agnostic AI/ML solution for Building Optimisation, through automated BMS controls, delivering rapid ROI of 20-65% energy/cost/CO2 per annum. REsustain builds a highly calibrated Digital Twin which defines the energy baseline of a building, against which improvements can be tracked, modelled and automated. REsustain also provides accurate carbon reporting and the ability to assist with decision making when capex modelling portfolio wide towards portfolio decarbonisation, at the best possible value to a particular target date, which extends the stranding date of real estate assets – and thereby value - as stricter regulation demands higher energy ratings. The solution is both highly scalable (hardware installation takes less than a day across all geographies) and affordable, enabling rapid portfolio decarbonisation.
