REsustain

Overview

REsustain is a differentiated BMS agnostic AI/ML solution for Building Optimisation, through automated BMS controls, delivering rapid ROI of 20-65% energy/cost/CO2 per annum. REsustain builds a highly calibrated Digital Twin which defines the energy baseline of a building, against which improvements can be tracked, modelled and automated. REsustain also provides accurate carbon reporting and the ability to assist with decision making when capex modelling portfolio wide towards portfolio decarbonisation, at the best possible value to a particular target date, which extends the stranding date of real estate assets – and thereby value - as stricter regulation demands higher energy ratings. The solution is both highly scalable (hardware installation takes less than a day across all geographies) and affordable, enabling rapid portfolio decarbonisation. The solution is applicable to: - Asset Managers: (a) Focussed on delivering high yields through higher rent / premium tenants who are motivated by more sustainable buildings; (b) increasing the asset value by making the building/portfolio improving the energy rating, through strategic capex investment; (c) assists with the provision of financing to maintain the portfolio with accurate data on the asset life and sustainability. - Property Managers & Facilities Managers: (a) Seeking to meet KPIs/Net Zero goals set by Asset Managers, (b) Re-new/extend their contract with Asset Managers through innovation, strong tenant relationships (occupation & yields) and cost reductions, (c) service a portfolio with less engineers in a labour constricted market. - Owner/Occupiers: Clients who are directly responsible for their own utility bills, CO2 reduction and real estate management, seeking to make savings today and plan for tomorrow.
