Established as a non-profit association in 2010, we represent Canada’s full-service restoration contractors in matters relating to health & safety, governmental & regulatory affairs, and business practices. The RCOC's current membership represents over 65% of full-service insurance restoration locations in Canada. The RCOC’s 2018 Board is as follows: 1.Will Cook (Chair), Belfor (Canada) Inc. 2.
