Using the MREA (Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller)book as a guide, we produce monthly financial statements that follow the MREA format. Our P&L's are broken down in the same way your business flows, giving you the tools you need to make skillful decisions about the trajectory of your growth. Our Principal is Michael Alliman, who, after almost three decades in various financial, executive, sales, and C-level roles decided to blend what he was good at with what his passion is: "Making Business Make Sense". As a result, our approach is to provide you with what you want to see, from very simple statements to complex reporting, budgeting, multi-location worksheets, or anywhere in between, Michael's goal is to produce management reports that are actionable and timely. And we love to have fun doing it. No one has a "Client Number" in our practice. You have names, needs, and schedules. We'll conform to your pace of work, rather than requiring you to fit into a "one-size-fits-all" plan. Our fees are quoted ahead of time, and are consistent each month, unless you hire us to do ad-hoc work, which will also be quoted ahead of time, or will be billed at a pre-agreed billing rate.
