"Rang - The Pride Club" aims to create a safe space for individuals of the LGBTQIA+ community on IIM Lucknow campus, regardless of their age, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, caste and any other forms of diversity. The club seeks to promote awareness and sensitization about gender and sexuality as a spectrum in a meaningful manner by utilizing managerial expertise, skills, and emotional intelligence
