Helping social impact organizations and leaders do what they say. Social purpose organizations are out to make the world better. It’s important that your values show up in everything you do. But how do you know if this is happening? What does your staff, community members, volunteers, and partners think? How do your policies, practices, and processes align? We support social impact organizations and leaders through 4 key ways: Truth Journey - We will design and facilitate a 3 month process to receive feedback from all of your key community members. Key Recommendations - We will combine feedback from community members with your mission and goals to give you a high-level idea of what changes might be implemented in all areas of your organization including programs, governance, fundraising, and marketing. Implementation Support - We will support you through putting recommendations into place, including policy and process review, strategic planning support, and bringing in other partners as needed. Coaching - There are things as a leader that you can’t say or process with your staff or Board. We can be that safe and confidential space to work through the difficult parts. Leadership can already be lonely. You don’t have to do this alone. Let's create something radiant together!
