In 2005, Sebuku Nusantara Holdings PTE LTD, a foreign Investment Company has obtained permission from the Government of the Republic of Indonesia conduct business in Indonesia under the name of PT. Sebuku Nusantara Indonesia Perkasa (SNIP). SNIP has been registered in the Mineral Division of the Department of Foreign Investments of the Republic of Indonesia. The Operation permit was issued by the Department of Foreign Investment on the 22nd of March 2006. This permit is valid for 30 years. Permit from the Decree of the Minister of Legal and Human Right Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia was issued on 20th September 2006. Several other related permits in the corporate regulation of a Limited Liability Company with the status of Foreign Investment Company in the Republic of Indonesia were also issued.
