I am Viktoria Schnaderbeck, a former professional footballer and the founder of PRO-SPECTIVE Sports Marketing Agency. With a career spanning 11 years with Bayern Munich, three-and-a-half years with Arsenal London, and half a year with Tottenham Hotspur, I am also proud to have 84 caps for the Austrian national team and served as its captain for nine years. During my active career I have witnessed the lack of resources and support systems for athletes outside their sports. Many athletes struggle to transition to a career outside of professional sports and are often left starting from scratch. It is my mission to change this. How do we prepare our athletes at PRO-SPECTIVE? We start by building their personal brand and creating a plan for their dual career to create a smooth career transition. Additionally, we connect them to the right partners to ensure they have the necessary support.
