I help executives evolve their authentic identity enabling them to confidently step into their new role. We partner to end the pain, insecurities, and fears that come with taking on new responsibilities or life phases (aka Imposter Syndrome). Together we evolve your self-awareness and identity to align with who you are becoming. Making a change can happen in a moment, but fully becoming is a process, and you don’t have to go through it alone. I bring over 20 years of experience in both professional and personal coaching. My coaching career began working with veterans transitioning from military service to civilian life, and from there I branched out offering support for other life-transforming shifts impacting identity. Coaching was a side passion that is now my central passion. I also bring real-world experience from my 25-year career as a Human Resources professional, including 18 years of Executive experience at The Walt Disney Company. I am a “been there, seen that” coach who is ready to support you on your journey.
